RRB Appeals Procedures

Persons claiming retirement, disability, or survivor annuities or unemployment or sickness benefits from the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) have the right to appeal unfavorable determinations on their claims. The attached PDF will describe the RRB’s appeals process.
